IT Helpdesk Administrator

Location: Dublin

Duties Include:

  • Working on 24 x 7 shift roster
  • Provide 1st, 2nd & 3rd level IT support to internal users.
  • Working in a busy Helpdesk
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, Citrix, Terminal Server, backups and Printing. Symantec Antivirus

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Min 3 years' experience in Helpdesk Administration necessary
  • Good communication and documentation skills are essential
  • 24 x 7 shift experience a plus.
