IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELLING ON THE 22nd - 25th APRIL

IMPORTANT:

All airports will be extremely busy on the 22nd to the 25th April.   To assist all passengers and to ease congestion all airport check-in/bag drops desks will open 3 hours before and CLOSE 60 minutes prior to the scheduled flight.   Flights cannot be held for passengers delayed at check-in, bag drop desks or security points so please arrive at the airport as early as possible to allow sufficient time to complete your preflight formalities and to get to the boarding gate on time (min 40minutes prior to departure).

BEFORE YOU TRAVEL TO THE AIRPORT

Check the status of your flight - Given the unique volcanic and weather patterns, cancellations & flight reinstatements can happen at very short notice so please ensure you check on Ryanair Live Flight Information  immediately before you travel to the airport. If your flight is cancelled, do not travel to the airport.

Keep checking your e-mails/sms - If your flight is cancelled you will receive an e-mail and sms with information on your options. (Email and SMS notifications will be sent to the email address and contact mobile number provided at the time of reservation).

Reprint your online boarding pass if you are travelling on a flight which was originally cancelled and which is now reinstated - You must check-in online AGAIN for your flight and reprint your online boarding pass- click here to check-in online/reprint. If you experience any problems displaying or printing your online boarding pass just bring your flight booking reference to the airport and present it at the check-in desk where you will be re-issued a new boarding pass, free of charge.

AT THE AIRPORT

Passengers travelling with no checked baggage (hand luggage only) – Take your reprinted boarding pass and travel document to the airport and go directly to the boarding gate. 

Passengers travelling with checked baggage - Take your reprinted boarding pass and travel document to the airport check-in desk to check-in your bags

Passengers who have been unable to reprint their boarding pass – Take your flight booking reference to the airport and present it at the airport check-in desk where you will be re-issued a new boarding pass, free of charge.
