Ryanair's Special Assistance Services |
Do I need to pre-advise Ryanair if I am Blind or Vision Impaired and travelling ALONE? |
|
Blind or vision impaired passengers travelling alone should notify Ryanair of their condition/requirements either during the online booking process or via the Ryanair Special Assistance Line preferably on the day of booking. Please note: failure to pre-book special assistance services may result is these services being unavailable and the passenger being unable to travel. Due to the safety limitation of four special assistance passengers per flight, notification of a passenger's condition and any request for special assistance should be made either at the time of online booking or via the Ryanair Special Assistance Line-preferably on the same day as booking. Reduced mobility/special assistance passengers who have pre-advised their condition should arrive at the boarding gate at least 30 minutes prior to the flight departure. They will be boarded, with travelling companions, after general boarding has been completed. Specific seats are allocated onboard the aircraft and therefore Reserved Seating or Priority Boarding should not be purchased. |
