Customers travelling to or from Charleroi Airport between 4th August & 20th September should be aware that they may experience heavy traffic or some delays around the airport due to major road works that will be carried out on the road leading to the terminal (the N568A).  This road (rue d’Heppignies) will be closed and unavailable for the entire duration of the works. The works, carried out thanks to SPW, aim to improve accessibility to the airport.

Drivers arriving via the A54/N4 and the N29 will be given an alternative route. Passengers should follow the arrows put up in order to access the airport. This route will lead to a 20-minute detour for drivers.

Anyone travelling to/from the airport is strongly advised to allow plenty of extra time in case of possible delays.

All passengers are advised to be at the airport at least two hours prior to scheduled departure. Bag drop/check-in desks for all Ryanair flights closes strictly 40 minutes prior to scheduled departure.
