Ryanair regrets to inform passengers that it has been forced to cancel or amend the below listed flights due to an Italian Air Transport Workers strike on Friday, 18th October.
This strike is also likely to affect flights overflying Italy and therefore we expect further flight delays and cancellations on the day. Customers flying on 18th October will be updated regarding the status of their flight via email and the mobile phone number provided at the time of booking. Ryanair sincerely apologises for any inconvenience caused and calls on the European Commission and Italian Government to prevent this strike and to keep the skies over Europe open.
TO REBOOK YOUR CANCELLED FLIGHT:
To transfer free of charge to a new flight, click on the link below (seats are subject to availability). Customers can access this link up to the 24/10/2013. If customers are unable to check-in online and print their boarding pass for the new flight, it will be issued free of charge at the airport.
PLEASE NOTE: If your booking includes a flight which has not been cancelled you will be UNABLE to transfer that flight to an alternative date without a charge. To transfer the flight free of charge please contact a call centre.
Customers who wish to cancel their booking and claim a full refund of the unused flight(s), please click the link below and enter the required details. Refunds will be processed in 7 working days back to the form of payment used to pay for the booking.
