What should I do if the internet booking confirm page says that my booking is not confirmed? |

Occasionally, due to delays with the bank authorisation system the reservation number displayed when your have completed your booking online will have the words NOT CONFIRMED underneath. If this occurs, you should wait and then retrieve your booking via the 'Manage My Booking' section on the Ryanair.com homepage. From there you will see if the booking status is either: http://www.ryanair.com/da/manage-your-bookingNOT CONFIRMED - This means we are still awaiting approval for the payment from the bank
CONFIRMED - This means that the payment has been approved and an email travel itinerary will now be sent to the email address provided in the booking at the time of reservation
IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO RETRIEVE YOUR BOOKING AND AN ERROR MESSAGE IS DISPLAYED - This means that the payment was not approved by the bank and the flights in the reservation have been cancelled. |
