Accounts Payable Representative with Italian

Location: Dublin

Reports to: Accounts Payable Manager

Ryanair is the World's favourite airline and operates more than 1,500 flights per day from over 50 bases and 1,400 low fare routes across 28 countries, connecting over 165 destinations. Ryanair operates a fleet of 290 new Boeing 737-800 aircraft with firm orders for a further 21 new aircraft (before taking account of planned disposals), which will be delivered over the next year. Regulated by the Irish Aviation Authority, Ryanair currently has a team of more than 8,500 people and expects to carry 75 million passengers in the current fiscal year.

Located at Ryanair Head Office Dublin Airport and reporting to the Accounts Payable Manager, the role will include, but not be limited to, the following:

Duties Include:

- Responsibility for processing high volume, large ticket invoices into our SAP accounting package
- Preparation of weekly/monthly payment cycle
- Monthly reconciliations of creditor accounts
- Provide support and information to the finance team
- Ensuring compliance with all corporate policies
- Assist in resolving payment queries with suppliers (E.g. missing invoices)
- Complete period end tasks, including analysis of outstanding items and credit listings
- Perform related adhoc duties as required
- Italian VAT returns

Experience and Qualifications:

- Minimum 2 Years Accounts Payable Experience, processing invoices, raising/posting payments and Creditors reconciliations
- Prior Experience of SAP Accounts System is beneficial but not essential
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Word
- Strong attention to detail, analytical, interpretative, numerical and problem solving skills
- Excellent time Management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work to strict deadlines
- Fluent Italian essential

All candidates should be self motivated, flexible and dynamic with good communication skills. The ability to work as part of a team is essential.

The successful candidate will be required to work in a busy and demanding team environment encompassing all aspects of the Accounts Payable process.
