European Engineering Base Manager

Location: Germany or Poland

Reports to: Engineering Outstation Manager

Bostonair are currently recruiting for a European Engineering Base Manager. The position will be based at a Ryanair base in Germany or Poland. You will be working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair, Europe's number one low fares airline.

Position: European Engineering Base Manager

Reports to: Engineering Outstation Manager

Duties Include:

  • Promotion of Safety at all bases
  • Maintaining of standards in the station at a highest level
  • Risk assessments
  • Station management
  • Standards Management
  • Maintenance coordination,
  • Personnel management,
  • Roster management
  • Regularly review health and safety requirements at your bases.
  • Provide feedback on staff issues and performance

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Management experience
  • Excellent English both spoken & written
  • Have a flexible attitude and be prepared to work in a fast changing environment
  • Be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills
  • Self-motivated individuals who are able to work without direct supervision
  • Have good computer literacy
