Liaison Engineer - NRN

Location: Dusseldorf - Weeze

Reports to: Outstations Manager

Ryanair Technics delivered by Boston Air are currently recruiting for a Liaison Engineer. The position will be based in Dusseldorf - Weeze and you will be working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair, Europe's number one low fares airline.

Ryanair is the World's favourite airline with 42 bases and 1100+ low fare routes across 26 countries, connecting 155 destinations. Ryanair operates a fleet of 240 new Boeing 737-800 aircraft with firm orders for a further 74 new aircraft (before taking account of planned disposals), which will be delivered over the next 2 years. Ryanair currently has a team of more than 7,000 people and expects to carry approximately 73 million passengers in the current fiscal year.

Duties Include:

Based in Dusseldorf - Weeze you will oversee the detailed running of your nominated engineering base and monitor standards and liaise with our maintenance providers at other nominated bases .Be prepared to cover AOG or staff shortages at any of the outstations, this may also include weekends. The role will require you to have a full understanding of what scheduled and casualty maintenance is being performed at your nominated bases each day to ensure the plan is accomplished.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • B1 and or B2 certification on B737-800
  • Line experienced
  • Flexible approach to working in fast changing environment
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good computer literacy
  • We require self-motivated individuals who are able to work without direct supervision.
