Sales and Marketing Administrator

Location: Dublin Airport

Reports to: Head Sales and Marketing

Duties Include:

  • Daily distribution of route stats
  • Manage and request promotional material with the advertising department
  • Manage any departmental needs
  • Supporting the sales team in all aspects
  • Collect/file copies of promotional adverts
  • Implement and manage the shared office filing system
  • Screen and manage the filing system for promotional contracts
  • Responsibility for taking/updating weekly meeting minutes
  • Manage the European media report for circulation to senior management
  • Manage the phones when colleagues are travelling
  • Ensure team are updating required control files
  • Process & manage promotional flight requests/bookings
  • Process & manage all press trip requests
  • Report management, attendance records
  • Willingness to travel

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work on own initiative and take ownership of tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities in fast paced environment
  • Possess high energy, be highly motivated and self directed
  • PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc)
