Customer Service Statistics June

Ryanair, the World’s favorite airline, today (10th Aug 09) released its customer service statistics for June. Ryanair has a policy of publishing its customer service statistics each month. These confirm that Ryanair delivers Europe’s No 1 customer service to airline passengers. 
 
During the month of June 2009:
  • 89% of over 36,000 Ryanair flights arrived on time.
  • Less than 1 (0.76) complaint per 1,000 passengers received.
  • Less than 1 (0.49) mislaid bag claim per 1,000 passengers was received.
