RYANAIR BEATS EASYJET ON PUNCTUALITY EVERY WEEK SINCE ‘03

Ryanair, Europe’s No.1 lowest fares airline, today (8th Oct) released its customer service statistics for August.  Ryanair is committed to publishing customer service statistics and these confirm that Ryanair delivers Europe’s best customer service.

 

·        87% of Ryanair’s 33,000 August flights arrived on time.

·        Less than 1 (0.67) complaint per 1,000 passengers.

·        Less than 1 (0.60) mislaid bag per 1,000 passengers.
