Customer Service Stats for February

 
Ryanair, Europe’s largest low fares airline, today (30 Mar) released its customer service statistics for February. Ryanair is committed to publishing customer service statistics each month and these confirm that Ryanair delivers Europe’s best customer service.
 
*       87% of Ryanair’s 28,000+ flights during February arrived on time.
*       Less than 2 (1.39) complaint per 1,000 passengers.
*       Less than 1 (0.35) mislaid bag per 1,000 passengers.
