Ryanair No 1Customer Service Stats - February 2011

 
Ryanair, the world’s favourite airline, today (18th Mar) published its February 2011 customer service statistics. These statistics confirm that Ryanair remains Europe’s No1 customer service airline.
 
During February 2011:
 
  • 92% of Ryanair’s over 30,000 flights arrived on time.
  • Less than 2 complaints per 1,000 passengers were received.
  • Less than 1 mislaid bag claim per 5,000 passengers was received.
