Ryanair No1 Customer Service Statistics - AUGUST 2009

 
 
Ryanair, the World’s favorite airline, today (23rd Oct) released its customer service statistics for August. Ryanair has a policy of publishing its customer service statistics each month. These confirm that Ryanair delivers Europe’s No 1 customer service to airline passengers. 
 
During the month of August 2009:
  • 86% of over 40,000 Ryanair flights arrived on time.
  • Less than 1 (0.78) complaint per 1,000 passengers received.
  • Less than 1 (0.63) mislaid bag claim per 1,000 passengers was received.
