Ryanair regrets that due to snow fall, the runway at London's Stansted and Luton airports were closed for a time this morning (5 Dec). The runways have reopened and Ryanair advises passengers intending to fly today to travel to their airport as normal.
Ryanair was forced to cancel the below flights and we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by these runway closures.
Passengers who were booked to travel on of the below listed cancelled flights can transfer free of charge to the next available Ryanair flight or apply for a refund of their unused flight(s) either online, at the airport ticket desk or by contacting a call centre.
To transfer free of charge to a new flight, click on the link below (seats are subject to availability). Customers can access this link up to the 12/12/2012. If customers are unable to check-in online and print their boarding pass for the new flight, it will be issued free of charge at the airport.
PLEASE NOTE: If your booking includes a flight which has not been cancelled you will be UNABLE to transfer that flight to an alternative date without a charge. To transfer the flight free of charge please contact a call centre.
