Passengers who were booked to travel on a cancelled flights can transfer free of charge to the next available Ryanair flight or apply for a refund of their unused flight(s) either online, at the airport ticket desk or by contacting a call centre.
To transfer free of charge to a new flight, click on the link below (seats are subject to availability). If customers are unable to check-in online and print their boarding pass for the new flight, it will be issued free of charge at the airport.
PLEASE NOTE: If your booking includes a flight which has not been cancelled you will be UNABLE to transfer that flight to an alternative date without a charge. To transfer the flight free of charge please contact a call centre.
Customers who wish to cancel their booking and claim a full refund of the unused flight(s), please click the link below and enter the required details. Refunds will be processed in 7 working days back to the form of payment used to pay for the booking.
