What should I do if the internet booking confirm page says that my booking is not confirmed?


Occasionally, due to delays with the bank authorisation system the booking reference displayed on the confirmation/itinerary page when you have completed your booking online will have the words NOT CONFIRMED underneath.

If this occurs wait 20 minutes to see if you receive an email travel itinerary or alternatively retrieve your booking via the 'Manage My Booking' section of Ryanair.com.

If the booking status is:

NOT CONFIRMED - This means we are still awaiting approval for the payment from the bank

NOT CONFIRMED

CONFIRMED - This means that the payment has been approved and an email travel itinerary will now be sent to the email address provided in the booking at the time of reservation

CONFIRMED

If the booking has declined and the flights have been cancelled then below message will be displayed and no payments will have been made.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO RETRIEVE YOUR BOOKING AND THE BELOW ERROR MESSAGE IS DISPLAYED - This means that the payment was not approved by the bank and the flights in the reservation have been cancelled.  Contact a Ryanair call centre if you are still not sure of the status of your booking.
