The central sports centre in the heart of the Alps with an extensive and attractive range of winter sports on offer in the Ursern Valley, on the Oberalp Pass and in Sedrun. The Gemsstock above Andermatt is a real insider tip for snowboarders, skiers, ski tourers and freeriders and the famous Veltliner Tour connects the ski regions of Sedrun and Andermatt - ski areas on the sunny side of winter. Enjoy fun-filled rides down the 2 sledging runs, covering a total distance of 10.5 km, whilst snowshoe trekkers are also well-catered for in Andermatt and Sedrun. Snowboarders can enjoy the halfpipe in Sedrun, the snow park in Valtgeva and the fun park on the Gemsstock, while the 86 km of winter walking trails take you deep into the picturesque winter countryside.
