Haukelifjell

Welcome to fantastic days in the snow eldorado Haukelifjell!

a few steps from Hardangervidda with heavy mountains at 1700m over sealevel, only 6 hours skiing away. You can reach mountains at 1400-1650 m in 4 hours walk(if you are a good skier of course. If you are not, you can do training in well preparated tracks close to your cabin.

Winter at Haukelifjell is beautiful and wild. From spectacular mountains to smooth and quite bearch walleys. The possibilities for going crosscountry in the variety of own tracks or 3m wide machine made tracks are wide; it is just up to your own decision to select.

Haukelifjell is located 90 km from Morgedal; the real cradle of modern skiing, where Sondre Norheim developed the modern ski, some 150 years ago. (there you can visit the ski museum)

Again; you can also go downhill in the different slopes in Haukelifjell Ski center.

There is 3 lifts and additional 1 children/beginner band (80m long) where training can be done under well conditions.
