Spanish Air Traffic Control Staff - Walkout

Spanish airspace is open. Ryanair flights to and from Spain (including the Canary Islands) and Portugal are operating normally today, Sunday 5th December.

Passengers who were booked to travel on one of the cancelled flights can transfer to the next available flight free of charge or apply for a refund on their unused flight(s) at the airport ticket desk, online by clicking on one of the below links or by calling our reservation centre.

TO REBOOK YOUR CANCELLED FLIGHT:

To rebook your cancelled flight operating free of charge click on the link below (seats are subject to availability). Customers can access this link up to the 8/12/2010. If affected customers are unable to check-in online and print their boarding pass it will be issued free of charge at the airport .

PLEASE NOTE: If your booking includes a flight which has not been cancelled you will be UNABLE to transfer that specific flight (the unaffected flight) to a alternative date without a charge. To rebook the unaffected flight free of charge you will need to call our UK or Irish call centre and they will transfer the flight for you. TO APPLY FOR A REFUND ONLINE:

Customers who wish to cancel and claim a full refund on the unused flight(s) can do so directly by clicking on the link below and entering the required details. Refunds will be processed in 14 working days back to the form of payment used to pay for the booking.
