Personnel Officer UK - Entry Level

Location: Stansted Airport, UK

Reports to: Personnel Manager

Ryanair operates a fleet of 258 new Boeing 737-800 aircraft with firm orders for a further 56 new aircraft (before taking account of planned disposals), which will be delivered over the next 2 years. Ryanair currently has a team of more than 8,000 people and expects to carry approximately 73.5 million passengers in the current fiscal year.

The successful candidate will be responsible for looking after all areas of Personnel for a number of Ryanair's UK bases.

Duties Include:

  • Managing Payroll process
  • Contracts of Employment
  • Management Reports
  • Attendance records
  • Headcount files
  • Disciplinary meetings
  • Internal Communications
  • Supporting the Personnel Manager in all aspects of Personnel

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work on own initiative and take ownership of tasks
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • The ability to handle multiple priorities in fast paced environment
  • Possess high energy, be highly motivated and self directed
  • PC Skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc)
  • Must have a HR degree or a CIPD qualification
