Carriage of Special Medical Items

Special medical items such as Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POC) that meet regulatory requirements are approved for onboard use. Other medical equipment such as a CPAP or Portable Dialysis Machine can be carried but cannot be used onboard.

If you wish to use medical equipment during your flight, we recommend that you contact the Ryanair Special Assistance Line who will determine if your request can be approved and provide authorisation to carry the item.
