Merlin KFT provides services to its customers ranging from service desk, customer support centre, system and application monitoring, desk side support, data centre and server support to project management and implementation services.

Having set up its operations in Hungary in 2005 it has since expanded to open an office facility in Budapest in 2008 and this continued growth sees expansion to offices in Debrecen in May 2010.

Merlin KFT is currently recruiting for a team of reservations customer service agents and senior agents to provide telephone assistance to Ryanair's customers.

The helpdesk service opening hours are Monday to Sunday between 8:00 and 20:00.

Summary of Position:

The reservations customer service agent will provide telephone assistance to customers, as part of a busy helpdesk team. The successful candidate will be hard working, energetic, self motivated with a natural ability in problem solving while maintaining an enthusiastic and committed attitude.

Fluency in English is essential, both written and verbal.

Duties Include:

  • Handle up to 120 inbound calls per day
  • Process flight reservations
  • Efficiently answer customer queries
  • Resolve customer complaints
  • Organise special needs assistance for passengers with reduced mobility

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Fluent in written and verbal English
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Customer focused and excellent customer care skills
  • Effective written and oral communication skills
  • Effective organisational skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Proactive attitude
  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to change quickly
  • Fluent in a second European language an advantage
  • Previous customer service experience in an English speaking environment an advantage
