Billund is situated in the centre of the Jutland Peninsula of Denmark. Billund is most famous for Lego, Legoland and Billund Airport. Each year the latter two bring approx. three million people to the town. Billund is the home of LEGO headquarters. Billund Airport, Denmark's second busiest airport, was built by LEGO in the 1960s. There is a bus from Billund Airport to central Aarhus: Price: 180.- DKK. Tickets are sold on board the airport bus. US dollars, Pounds and Euro will be accepted.
