The following terms and conditions apply.

Ryanair - Cheltenham Promotion - Terms and Conditions

200 free Cheltenham entry tickets to Cheltenham National Hunt March 2012 Festival.

1. This competition will run from Wed Feb 8th 2012 to Feb 15th 2012.
2. All competition entries must be submitted though the entry form on www.Ryanair.com/en/Cheltenham and include the following detail; Name, Contact Number, Postal Address, Flight Reference Number and Preferred Race Day.
3. To enter the competition you must be flying on a Ryanair flight between Mar 9th and Mar 19th on the following routes- Dublin- Bristol, Birmingham, Liverpool, London (Stansted, Gatwick, Luton), East Midlands. Derry- Birmingham. Knock- East Midlands.
4. Ryanair will select 200 prize winners from those who have submitted their details through the web form between Jan 25th and Feb 8th and will notify each price winner on/before Friday Feb 17th 2012.
5. 50 tickets will be allocated to each day of the racing festival ( Mar 13th-16th).
6. Each prize winner will be entitled to one racecourse entry ticket for one specified day of the Cheltenham National Hunt Festival . Tickets are limited per day and should a requested day not be available Ryanair will provide a ticket for an alternative day. The prize-winner will not be entitled to swap or change the dates of these tickets and all prize-winners will be subject to rules and regulations, which apply to all Cheltenham race goers.
7. Each prize winner will be responsible for making their own transport arrangement to and from the Ryanair airports and to and from the Racecourse itself.
8. This competition is for race course entry tickets only and does not include flights or transfers.
9. Any prize winners travelling on Ryanair flights will be subject to the normal terms and conditions applicable to all Ryanair flights, including valid passport, check in times, excess baggage fees if applicable etc.
10. This prize is not transferable and must be taken by the named prize winner.
11. Ryanair reserves the right to change, amend or alter this competition at any time at its sole discretion.
12. Racing tickets will be posted to all prize winners by February 17th 2012.
