Ryanair No 1Customer Service Stats - September 2010

 
Ryanair, the world’s favourite airline, today (20th Oct) published its monthly customer service statistics for September. These statistics confirm that Ryanair delivers Europe’s No 1 airline customer service to its passengers.
 
During the month of September 2010:
 
  • 83% of over 42,000 Ryanair flights arrived on time.*
  • Less than 1 complaint per 2,000 passengers was received.
  • Less than 1 mislaid bag claim per 3,000 passengers was received.

·       Easyjet hasn’t published on-time stats since 27 April 2009 – cancelled again?
