What happens if I want to change my booking and I have travel insurance booked? |

If you purchased travel insurance during the initial flight booking process or via your local reservations centre: You can still change your booking online, however if you change your travel times/dates/destinations it is essential that you contact your local Ryanair reservations centre (link to contact numbers) to amend your travel insurance cover/duration. Ryanair is not responsible for any passengers who fail to amend their travel insurance policy details. If you purchased travel insurance after your initial booking via the Ryanair/AXA website then send an email to ryanair.change@axa-travel-insurance.com requesting your changes. Please ensure you quote your policy number, full name and address and the date you purchased the policy. |
