14 Nov: General Italian Strike - Bologna, Pisa & Genoa Airports

We have been informed of a general strike in Italy on Friday 14th November 2014 affecting airport security at Bologna, Pisa and Genoa

We ask that customers travelling on Friday 14th November arrive at the airport as early as possible preferably 3 hours before their scheduled flight departure time, to ensure they have sufficient time to clear airport security and to be at the boarding gate at our recommended 30 minutes prior to scheduled flight departure time.

Other airport operations are not affected by this strike

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by this general strike which is outside of our control


26 & 28 Oct - Flight Cancellations - Poland

We regret to advise customers that due to adverse weather on 26 & 28 Oct, we have been forced to cancel the flights listed below. 

This adverse weather may also affect flights overflying Poland and we expect further flight delays and cancellations later today.

6 Sep – ATC Strike – Italy

We regret to advise customers that due Italian Air Traffic Controllers strike on Saturday 6th September 2014 from 12:30 to 16:30 (local time), we have been forced to cancel the flights listed below.

This air traffic control strike may also affect flights overflying Italy and we expect further flight delays and cancellations later today.

Changes to Online Check in Deadlines

The opening times for online check-in are between 30 days and 2 hours before each flight.

Please note:

30 Day Advance Online Check-In  is only available to customers who purchase their preferred allocated seat.

If you choose to purchase an allocated seat, there are 2 types available:

Premium Seat -
Rows 1-5 (rapid exit), Rows 16 & 17 (extra leg room) and Rows 32 & 33 (rapid exit). Available from £/€ 10 (including Priority Boarding)

Regular Seat - Rows 6-15 & 18-31 available from £/€5. These seats can be upgraded to include Priority Boarding for a small supplement of £/€2.

7 Day General Online Check-In - Customers who don’t wish to pay for an allocated seat can check-in online between 7 days to 2 hours prior to each flight and will be allocated a seat free of charge
