Ryanair/Irish Independent - Cheltenham Promotion - Terms and Conditions

260 free Cheltenham entry tickets (with Club Enclosure) to one day of the 2011 Cheltenham N.H Festival and 5 free return flight tickets to be won.

1. This competition is run jointly by Ryanair and the Irish Independent newspaper and will run from Sat Feb 11th to Sat Feb 18th 2012.
2. All competition entries must be submitted through the form on www.ryanair.com/independent and include the following detail; Name, Address, Contact Number, Email Address, Question Answer, Full name of passenger travelling, Preferred race day and preferred route.
3. Ryanair will select 260 prize winners from those who have submitted the right answer and will notify each price winner at the end of the competition. Each day the prize winners will be listed on Ryanair.com.
4. Each of the 260 prize winners will be entitled to a Cheltenham racecourse entry ticket and complimentary Club Enclosure pass for one specified day of the Cheltenham National Hunt Festival in March 2012. Tickets are limited per day (65) and should a requested day not be available Ryanair will provide tickets for an alternative day. The prize-winner will not be entitled to swap or change the dates of these tickets and all prize-winners will be subject to rules and regulations, which apply to all Cheltenham race goers.
5. Ryanair will select 5 prize winners of the free return flights. Ryanair will write directly to the prize-winner confirming their passenger details, travel dates and times of flights. Flights must be booked before Feb 22nd and only apply to the routes listed below.
6. Neither Ryanair or the Irish Independent are responsible should the booked flights not operate as scheduled or be delayed or cancelled for any reason whatsoever (including weather, strikes, force majeure, technical failure etc). Whilst Ryanair will do its utmost to carry out the scheduled flight as booked, all flights are subject to Ryanair’s normal terms and conditions.
7. Each prize winner will be responsible for making their own transport arrangement to and from the Ryanair airports and to and from the Racecourse itself.
8. Once flights have been booked, any amendments or changes thereafter will be subject to Ryanair’s normal terms and conditions.
9. Any prize winners travelling on Ryanair flights will be subject to the normal terms and conditions applicable to all Ryanair flights, including valid passport, check in times, excess baggage fees if applicable etc.
10. This prize is not transferable and must be taken by the named prize winner.
11. Ryanair reserves the right to change, amend or alter this competition at any time at its sole discretion. Prize-winners who do not wish to avail of the specified flights, on the specified dates will not be entitled to any alternate flights or compensation of any kind.
12. Tickets will be posted to all passengers during before Mar 4th 2011.
13. Entry passwords will be printed in the Irish Independent each day from Sat 11th to Sat 18th Feb 2012. It is not possible to enter this competition without a correct password. Passwords are only valid for one day.
