How can I obtain a "no show" letter for my insurers from Ryanair?

Most insurance companies require a passenger to provide proof from an airline that they did not travel before the claim can be assessed.

Ryanair will provide "No-Show" letters to passengers who did not travel on their booked flights. Please contact a Ryanair call centre and an administration fee of £8.50/€10.00 per booking is charged for this service (excluding Ryanair Travel Insurance policies*).

*This fee is not applied to customers who have purchased their insurance with Ryanair.
