I recently flew from Alicante to Edinburgh, having never flown with Ryanair before I was a little apprehensive however the crew on the outbound and return flights were simply amazing.

I have just returned from Majorca and cannot praise Ryanair enough for the excellent service and assistance.

I required special assistance for my sister-in-law, aged 93, and this was excellent both ways.

Good afternoon,

On the 19th April, myself and my wife flew to Malaga from Cork with Ryanair. The flight was on time, very pleasant flight with great cabin crew.

We returned on the 22nd, Malaga to Cork. Ditto with the time, flight and crew. Not a hitch.

As it was my first time having to get wheelchair assistance, I would like to compliment all concerned for the wonderful care I received from start to finish, at the airports and on the flights.

My wife injured her leg in Marbella the weekend before last, so she was very vulnerable on the flight home and not able to walk far.

I’d like to thank your staff, both at Marbella airport and on the plane for making her journey comfortable and without incident, and for arranging a wheelchair to take her right up to the bus outside Stansted terminal when we landed in the UK.

I would just like to complement your cabin staff on a recent trip to Rome.

I flew out with some girlfriends from Prestwick to Ciampino airport. The flight was on time and the cabin crew were very efficient and friendly.

On my return flight the staff were even more friendly, in particular a young man named Laurindo. He chatted with us and made us laugh, resulting in a very enjoyable flight.

This is the second time I have flown with Ryanair and would have no hesitation in booking future flights.

I flew with Ryanair from Dublin to Brussels on Sunday morning of 7th April. The first hostess was called Elaine.

Elaine was warm, welcoming and exceptionally helpful. Equally so at the end of the flight.
