Qu'est-ce qu'un «Grossesse Fit to Fly Forme»?

A pregnant passenger of 28 weeks or more (at the time of travel) will need to download the following “Pregnancy Fit to Fly Form” and have it completed by their doctor or midwife in order to travel.  This  completed form must be presented to the cabin crew when boarding the aircraft, travel is not permitted without this completed form.
