I am very pleased with your recent rebooking service caused by the French air traffic controllers. Your email sent me straight to the booking page and even though i had contacted my wife and daughter in Spain to get all the relevant passport information etc, it wasn’t needed. A few short clicks and they were rebooked - excellent service, very slick.

Thank you to the flight attendant on the May 28th, 12pm Birmingham to Faro flight. I was studying for an exam and left all my revision on the plane, one of the flight attendants tacked down my husband in the terminal and returned my notes – THANK YOU!

Dear Sir or Madam,

We booked a flight with Ryanair from Manchester to Palma, Mallorca on the 12 May, returning 17 May 2013.

We had never flown with you before, and were hesitant in booking, because you guys always get such bad press.

Well what an “eye opener”. Thank you so much, everything was fantastic. It was easy to download the boarding cards, checking in was great — no hassle.

Once we reached the aeroplane, well what FANTASTIC STAFF, your staff actually SMILES. The staff was lovely, so happy, very smart, friendly and efficient.

The plane itself was lovely and comfortable, we had plenty of legroom and everything ran to time.

We thought it would be nice to let you know how very much we enjoyed flying with Ryanair, how welcoming your staff is.

I would like to nominate the whole crew of Ryanair flight FR4828 from Cagliari to Charleroi.

I am a frequent Ryanair-flyer so I think my opinion can be an extra motivation.

The cabin crew was extremely professional and very friendly. A true example for the Ryanair family.

The flight deck crew were also very professional and I will nominate them for the smoothest touchdown ever, in my personal knowledge.

We flew with Ryanair for the first time in May and just wanted to contact the CEO to say both flights were fantastic all doubts from reading reviews were unfounded, we will certainly use you for future holidays.

Thanks to the staff for the fantastic care in both airports on a flight from Faro to Dublin, I injured my ankle 2 days prior to my flight and contacted Ryanair special assistance, we were met by airport staff with a wheelchair and looked after really well.
