What should I do if my payment has been declined when changing flight times/dates online?


If your payment is declined during the flight change process on line, Please note the following:

Your requested flight/s changes will have been made.

Your original flight/s are no longer booked.

You will need to click to return to the payment page and re-enter your payment details again or enter a new form of payment. If you require further assistance contact a Ryanair reservation centre.

If you fail to pay the outstanding amount due for the flight change, your new flight(s) will subsequently be cancelled and your original flights reinstated.
