Passengers who were booked to travel on a cancelled flight can transfer free of charge onto another Ryanair flight or apply for a refund of their unused flight(s) either online, at the airport ticket desk or by contacting a call centre.
To transfer free of charge to a new flight, click on the link below (seats are subject to availability). Customers can access this link up to the 26/05/2012. If customers are unable to check-in online and print their boarding pass for the new flight, it will be issued free of charge at the airport.
