Can I carry and use medical items onboard?

Special medical items such as Portable Oxygen Concentrators (POC) that meet regulatory requirements are approved for onboard us. Other medical equipment such as a CPAP or Portable Dialysis Machine can be carried but cannot be used onboard. If you wish to use medical equipment during your flight, we would recommend that you contact our Ryanair Special Assistance Line so that we can establish if your particular request can be approved and ensure that the authorisation to carry the item is added to your reservation.
