Web Project Coordinator

Location: Dublin

Reports to: Deputy Head of Sales and Marketing

We are currently recruiting a Project Coordinator for Ryanair.Com.

Duties Include:

  • Manage day to day activities on Ryanair.com
  • Liaise with Ancillary Dept and I.T. on all key Marketing projects
  • Liaise with the Ryanair partners to integrate online marketing requirements.
  • Management of localization projects
  • Manage long term projects (project lifecycle) - writing design specifications through to test cases
  • Manage front-end design
  • Co-ordinate design and development resources.
  • Manage web team schedule
  • Ensure that procedures are up to date and are adhered to by web team
  • Forward development of Ryanair.com

Experience and Qualifications:

  • IT related degree
  • Project Management certification an advantage
  • 2 years' plus experience of working in project management and site management
  • Understanding of Web Usability, Accessibility, Design
  • Experience on delivery of web projects using database technologies and content management systems
  • Possess good organisational and analytical skills
  • Be a good team player
  • Previous knowledge of a web analytics tool is a distinct advantage
