How does Ryanair Update Passengers During a Flight Delay? |

During flight disruptions schedules cannot be guaranteed, our airport representatives will advise customers of the latest flight information, however forecasts can change, subject to ongoing conditions. To assist customers during flight disruptions we provide a free automated text message service (sent to the mobile number provided during booking) when a flight is delayed more than 90 minutes beyond its scheduled time of departure. This text message details the estimated time of flight departure. In addition, if a flight is delayed more than 3 hours or cancelled, we send customers an email notifying them of the flight delay or cancellation and giving access to flight rebooking or refund options.
