Sandefjord Torp Airport is approximately 110 Km from the city of Oslo, and only 8 KM from Sandefjord. There is a rail connection to Oslo and to Skien. Shuttle bus to the train outside the terminal building (timetable and prices: www.nsb.no) There is a bus service, operated by Torpexpressen that is located outside the terminal building. Journey time is approximately 1hr 45 minutes; cost is 180 NOK one way/ 300 NOK return (students and senior citizens 260 NOK return).

The Vigeland park

Norway's most visited attraction with over 1 million visitors every year. Appr. 200 sculptures by Gustav Vigeland (1869-1943), who also designed the lay-out of the park. A monumental artistic creation with a human message that is well worth seeing. Popular recreation area.

The Kon-Tiki Museum

The Kon-Tiki Museum is a private foundation, which houses a range of boats and artefacts from Thor Heyerdahl\'s expeditions. Drøbak Akvarium
