A regulation identifies the characteristics of those restaurants that enhance typical local products and the rich and tasty wine and gastronomy of Friuli Venezia Giulia, with the guarantee of blocked prices: a standard complete meal (starter, first course, second course with vegetables, dessert, wine of the house, water) does not exceed 35 euros.
