Trimmer - BRE

Location: Bremen, Germany

Reports to: Aircraft Appearance Manager

Ryanair is Europe's only ultra-low cost carrier (ULCC), operating more than 1,500 daily flights (over 500,000 per year) from 57 bases, across 1,500 low fare routes, connecting 180 destinations in 28 countries and operating a fleet of 305 new Boeing 737-800 aircraft. Ryanair has recently announced firm orders for a further 175 new Boeing aircraft, which will be delivered between 2014 and 2018. Bostonair are currently recruiting for a Trimmer. This person will be responsible for ensuring that the highest standard of cabin trim is applied to Ryanair's fleet of aircraft. The position will be based in Bremen. You will be working in cooperation with our client airline Ryanair, Europe's number one low fares airline.

Duties Include:

  • Carry out PACE (Passenger Cabin Enhancement) and out of phase activities.
  • Carry out rectifications for aircraft interior defects.
  • Carry out special requests for aircraft defects raised by Aircraft Appearance Department and ensure rectifications are reported daily.
  • Assist other engineering groups.
  • Monitor stock levels of materials required to fulfil duties.
  • Ensure correct reporting procedures are applied and accurate daily reports are logged and sent to Aircraft Appearance Department and Base Liaison Engineer.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Aircraft Maintenance/Cabin Trim experience an advantage
  • Willing to work shift
  • Communication skills
  • Computer literate
  • Good organizational skills
  • Self motivated
  • Willing to work to deadline
