Training Coordinator / Administrator (9 month contract)

Location: East Midlands, UK

Reports to: EMT Planner (Flight Operations Department)

The successful candidate will be part of Ryanair's growing Training Department which is located at the East Midlands Airport, UK. This is the location of Ryanair's European centre for Training. The position of training coordinator is excellent opportunity for anyone interested in the aviation industry and pilot training to gain invaluable experience. Duties Include:

  • Working in a team of training coordinators and interacting with other units within Ryanair.
  • Scheduling of pilot training activities and maintenance of pilot training records.
  • The administration of data and training documents as well as the tracking of errors.
  • Booking and organization of travel (car hire, flights) and accommodation for instructors and trainees.
  • Administration of training and flight crew records in accordance with applicable regulations.
  • Rostering of training and flight duties to Ryanair pilots.
  • Ensure that scheduling and rostering processes are compliant with all industry regulations.

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and be able to multi task
  • Candidates should be self starters and have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Candidates will have proven data entry, PC, and administrative skills


Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • Ideally, candidates should have previous experience in the aviation industry.
  • Ideally, candidates should have previous crewing/ rostering or resource management experience.
  • Position is suitable for candidates with a qualification in operations / logistics / aviation management.
