24-25 May - Flight Disruptions - Portugal
Unfortunately due to a Portuguese ATC strike on 24-25 May we have been forced to make some cancellations and alter some flight times. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience caused by these flight disruptions.
Please Note: All passengers travelling on rescheduled or alternative flights are required to check in again & print a new boarding pass.
Passengers who were booked to travel on a cancelled flight can transfer free of charge onto another Ryanair flight or apply for a refund of their unused flight(s) either online, at the airport ticket desk or by contacting a call centre.
TO REBOOK YOUR FLIGHT:
To transfer free of charge to a new flight, click on the link below (seats are subject to availability). Customers can access this link up to the 26/05/2012. If customers are unable to check-in online and print their boarding pass for the new flight, it will be issued free of charge at the airport.

PLEASE NOTE: If your booking includes a flight which has not been affected you will be UNABLE to transfer that flight to an alternative date without a charge. To transfer the flight free of charge please contact a call centre.
TO APPLY FOR A REFUND ONLINE:
Customers who wish to cancel their booking and claim a full refund of the unused flight(s), please click the link below and enter the required details. Refunds will be processed in 07 working days back to the form of payment used to pay for the booking.
