What should I do if the internet booking confirm page says that my booking is not confirmed? |

Occasionally, due to bank authorisation delays the words NOT CONFIRMED may appear on the itinerary page which displays when you have completed a booking If this occurs wait 20 minutes to see if you receive an email travel itinerary or alternatively retrieve your booking via the 'Manage My Booking' section of Ryanair.com. If the booking status is: NOT CONFIRMED - This means we are still awaiting approval for the payment from the bank CONFIRMED - This means that the payment has been approved and an email travel itinerary will now be sent to the email address provided in the booking at the time of reservation If the card payment declined no flight booking would have been made. IF YOU ARE UNSURE IF YOU HAVE MADE A BOOKING PLEASE TRY AND RETRIEVE YOUR BOOKING ONLINE OR ALTERNATIVELY CONTACT A RYANAIR CALL CENTRE. |
