Belfast Airport Overview

Belfast International Airport is located around 29km north-west of Belfast and is easily accessed by road. When travelling from Belfast city centre, take the M2 northbound, turn off at Junction 5 and take the A57. When travelling from Dublin, follow the MI northbound until Newry, at Newry take the Bypass and then continue onto the A1. Follow the M1 Motorway westbound, turn off at Junction 9 and proceed via the A26.

If travelling by bus, take the Airport Express 300 service which operates 7 days a week. 

Once you arrive at the airport and have passed through security, you’ll find a wide variety of shops and restaurants where you can easily while away the time before your Belfast to Lanzarote flights.

Lanzarote Airport is located approximately 5km and about a 10-minute drive from Arrecife city centre.   • El Golfo (Green Lagoon) is nestled into red cliffs on the west coast of Lanzarote. Formed when sea water flooded an old volcanic crater, the water is green as a result of algae in the water. There’s a vibrant green mineral called olivine founded around the lagoon which is popular with geologists and jewellery makers alike.
