How to get to Edinburgh Airport

Edinburgh Airport (EDI) can be reached in numerous ways. If you’re travelling from the city centre the most convenient way is by using Lothian Bus service Airlink 100. It departs from outside Waverley Bridge station with stops along the way and takes about half an hour to reach the airport. Lothian also run the Skylink 200 from North Edinburgh and the Skylink 300 from Leith. You can also get to Edinburgh Airport by tram. They run from the city centre through the suburbs of western Edinburgh. If you’re travelling by car ahead of your flights from Edinburgh to Tenerife you can access the airport by using the M8 or M9 motorways arriving on the A8, where the airport is located.

Tenerife has a very warm climate with temperatures rarely dropping below 20°C during the day throughout the year. Summers in Tenerife are when the island is at its hottest with peaks of 29°C in June and July.
