Ćevapi is one of the most popular dishes in Bosnia and consists of rolls of minced meat, grilled on coals. Usually eaten with bread called lepinja with a portion of raw onions, you’ll find Ćevapi on menus throughout Banja Luka. 

For dessert you can look forward eastern inspired sweet treats such as honey halva, locum (similar to Turkish delight), and baklava.
