Lowest Fares - Price Promise


We’re so confident that our flight fares are the lowest available anywhere that should you a find a cheaper fare within 3 hours of booking, you’ll get the difference + €5 back in MyRyanair credit.

90% Punctuality


We’re committed to meeting a 90% on-time arrival target (excluding air traffic control disruptions). We’ll even offer 5% off the following month’s air fares if this target isn’t met. 

New Max Aircraft


Passengers can look forward to new interiors, more legroom, more seats and our greenest ever flight experience on our new Boeing 737 MAX aircraft.

Customer Care Charter


As part of our Customer Care Charter, EU261 claims will now be processed within 10 days and we’re introducing 24/7 support, connecting you with the latest flight information and alerts within 2 minutes. 

Care Improvements


As part of our customer care improvements, we’re offering a 48-hour free of charge grace period for minor changes to bookings. 

New Ryanair Choice


We’re introducing a new frequent flyer programme. For a €199 annual membership fee Ryanair Choice offers members free seats, fast-track and priority boarding for frequent fliers. 

Digital Improvements


Our latest new digital improvements include an all-new fare finder, access to tickets to sports events, bespoke travel guides and a faster mobile experience.
