Bratislava Card

A ticket for one day is €15, two days is €18 but if you’re there for the weekend,  we recommend getting the three day pass which is only €20.

St Martin’s Cathedral

An iconic landmark beside the city walls, St Martin’s Cathedral is the largest cathedral in Bratislava, as well as one of the oldest.

 

Its tower dominates the city’s landscape and the interior features some of the finest decorative pieces you’ll find in Europe.

Michael’s Gate

The last remaining gate in Bratislava, Michael’s Gate is one of the main entrances to the city's Old Town, so even if it’s not on your list of things to do you’ll probably end up seeing it anyway.

 

The streets along here have some of Bratislava’s busiest and finest cafés, restaurants and shops. Don’t miss out on the views of the old town from its 50 metre tower.

Gorila.sk Urban Space

A wonderful café and bookshop all in one, Gorila is an incredible space which was originally an online store but since opening in Bratislava it has fast become a favourite amongst locals and tourists alike.

Blue Church

A perfect example of Hungarian Art Nouveau, it could be argued that the Blue Church is Bratislava’s prettiest building.

 

It looks like something out of a fairy tale and on a sunny day it almost blends perfectly in with the blue sky. Worth visiting, even if it’s just for a post on Instagram.

Eurovea

Looking to make a purchase or two while you're in town? Eurovea is the perfect place to indulge in some retail therapy. This complex is home to a wide range of cafes and restaurants, including chain-store boutiques and local labels, not to mention fantastic ice-cream and great coffee.

 

Bratislava Castle

This beautiful landmark has towered over the old town since the 9th century.  The Slovak National Museum can also be found here and is open to the public. Check out the amazing view of the city from the top and don’t forget to enjoy the castle at night when it’s beautifully lit up. 

Stará Trznica

Stará Trznica, also known as the old market, hosts concerts, markets and more! So you’re guaranteed to find something going on, regardless of what time of year you visit.

Something that makes Bratislava unique are the human-sized statues dotted around the city.
